FRONT DESK OFFICER
to join our team in Novi Sad
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Filing and keeping track of documentation
- Welcoming guests, preparing and serving refreshments
- Participating in organization of internal events (meetings, parties, team-building)
- Procurement and stock record of office supplies and other material necessary for everyday business
- Logistics around business trips (airplane tickets, accommodation reservations...)
- High school or university diploma, preferably in economics/administration
- Good organization and planning skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and time management
- Customer service skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office package)
